Hi, I’m Betsy — born and raised in New Orleans, now living in the Pacific Northwest, and the heart behind this business. I come from a strong, vibrant mix of cultures thanks to my Guatemalan mom and Puerto Rican dad. In 2007, after the chaos and loss from Hurricane Katrina, I made a huge move across the country and started fresh in Kirkland, Washington.

Life’s thrown me some big challenges — from rebuilding my life in a brand-new place to surviving unimageable loss — but every step has shaped me into the woman I am today: strong, steady, and all-in when it comes to the work I do. I built this business from the ground up with one main goal: to serve my community with honesty, heart, and hard work.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outside — paddle boarding, camping, grilling with friends, or getting a good workout in. I’m a proud dog mama, I love a good homemade meal, and I’m big on community, connection, and keeping it real.
